Our class was assigned to do an art project with an artist's statement behind it.
We focused on art in public spaces, so our projects were supposed to be put up where people can see it.
The art serves three purposes: it is meant to give people a hint about who we are, to share messages important to us, and to inspire others to create.

I like to color something in art. I love art. I also like to draw for fun. I enjoy art but sometimes it’s hard, like if you mess up or something but mainly I like to color in art. Stuff that I like to use for my art is a sketch book and there are brushes to make it more realistic and colorful. I drew a moon looking at the star and some other little stars and lights for decorations with a glow for the moon. It’s really special because I’ve seen the moon looking at the star and this memory is really pretty and great to remember 🤍.

As an artist, I would rather doodle, drawing something out of the blue. I like to do collages and make multiple pictures into one. I have no preferred art style and can do any style. I sometimes draw cartoony stuff but not all the time. Sometimes I make full on art like drawing with a pencil or marker or painting. In my process of creating my art, first I used Sketchbook and multiple shaders. My artwork I made for school and I got so into it that I made over six pictures! I created a collage of 11 different monsters and put them together like a puzzle so the overall artwork is stronger. It’s supposed to be an all-out battle between the Moon creatures and the Sun creatures. The Sun creatures have a yellow glow while the Moon creatures have darkness. In conclusion, my message for the world is art can be fun!

As an artist, I love to do art in my bedroom when no one can judge me.
In my process of creating my art, first I think of what I will make.
Then, I sketch it out.
Next, I start the base and sometimes erase the sketch.
The composition of my art is my cat sleeping with the word cat written in different languages because cats can be loved all around the world and to respect other languages.
The color in my art is mostly orange and black because that’s the color of my cat Raven.
In conclusion, my message for the world is to always respect other languages.
I love my cat Raven SO MUCH, that I HAD to make this art about her.
She makes me feel so better and that’s the reason why I made this about her.

I am trying to figure out what kind of artist I am and love to do art. I do it so frequently that it seems like a part of my schedule. I especially like abstract and centered art. To make the art I was inspired by rainbows and abstract colors. On top of that, I used markers and paper to make this art. This artwork is rainbows going over and under and overlapping. Instead of doing normal rain bows, I mixed up the colors to make an abstract effect. I also used a circle in the center as a reference point. The message is no matter your gender, religion, or skin color, we are all the same.

As an artist, I am still figuring out what kind of artist I am. I’ve been creating art since 2nd grade. I usually draw in my notebook with pencils and coloring pencils. I like creating digital art because I can change the size of the markers. In my process of creating my art, first I used notability and used the pen tool. I used different sizes. Then, I start drawing the teeth and the spikes on the dinosaur head and the eye. Next, I color the head green and light green, also black and pink for the gum. The composition of my art is a dinosaur head. It had green scales and spikes on his head. He has a birthmark right by his nose, too. Dinosaurs are my favorite animal. I wish there was more space so I could make the whole body and other parts.The color in my art is green because my favorite dinosaur movie Dino king and the dinosaur name is speckles and he is green and so I put the color as green. In conclusion, my message for the world is be brave and this art makes me calm.

As an artist, I usually draw cartoonish pictures. In my process of creating my art, first I used a shade of red, and used a more orange-ish red for the background. Then, I used one more color, that is yellow to reflect the water from the sun. Next, I added a blue ocean with a little boat with 2 people in it. The composition of my art is balanced, because of the colors filling the background and more. The color in my art is more warm colors because I really wanted to focus on the sunset in the piece of art. In conclusion, my message for the world is that we have the right to speak and the right to be free.

As an artist, I want to be a good drawer. In my process of creating my art, first I used color pencils then Notability. Then, I used the color orange. Next, I used the colors black and yellow. The colors in my art are yellow, black, and orange because they are bright for the sunglasses. In conclusion, my message for the world is I love drawing tiny things to get closer to being a great artist.

As an artist, I like to draw plush stuff. It’s not super realistic. I add extra details to the eyes. I do art 90% of the time. I like simpler drawings and to add more color. In my process of creating my art, I used Sketchbook. In Sketchbook, I used the paintbrush and pen. My artwork is a dog with rainbows. I chose the colors because I like rainbows and bright colors. I also like dogs. In conclusion, my message for the world is I knew Jeff would be mistaken for a girl since he has eyelashes. I don’t know where my inspiration comes from. I just do it. My advice to other artists is not to focus on making your art perfect, just do what you like!

As an artist, I like to draw stuff that stands out to me and the people I love. I have been creating art since I was six. I like to edit some drawings from the internet. But I mostly love to draw my family and friends.
For this project, I started with a tool called the symmetrical tool. I made a design that I love. I tried many, but this was the best one. Then, I used the glow tool to add decorations. Next, I filled in the space to make it pop.
The overall composition of my art is symmetrical and full of color. I filled the whole page because I really wanted to make it really “me”. I chose gray, blue, and teal green because those are the colors that make me happy and inspire me.
My message to the world is that color is everything! Be thankful for colors–they show everybody’s personality. They express who we are.

As an artist, I'm a beginner. I do almost everything and I like almost every art. In my process of creating my art, first I used the app Sketchbookand I used the pen and airbrush in sketchbook. Then, I started with drawing the background first. Next, I added the stars and other planets, and finally the chicken and rocket. The composition of my art is filled because I love space, and wanted to include planets, stars, and a rocket ship. And me and a chicken. I used the colors blue purple green peach black red yellow. In conclusion, my message for the world is I state my message to the world. Be creative, think out of the box, have your mind as empty as space itself. Don’t give up. Think of the stars, when you wake up, a hole new world is right in front of you.

I am an artist that draws random stuff that I think of. I don’t really do art but I do sometimes. I also like sculpting stuff, I also made a sculpture out of stuff at home. To create this work of art I used sketchbook, I also used course water color to make the background. This is based off the grim reaper kinda and I used kind of a ghost theme. The message I want people to know is to use your imagination and use your own creativity.

As an artist, I love drawing characters from my favorite shows. In my process of creating my art, first I only used blue but then I thought of different colors. Then, I used different colors for each kind of feeling. Next, I used a red and blue pattern. When I was done, I put the text “I believe in hope”.
The composition of my art is about hope because people can believe in something. The colors in my art are some of blue, purple, green, orange and pink because I use my imagination to think about what we feel about the colors. In conclusion, my message for the world is hope.

I would call myself a sketching artist. I draw with markers, too. I like to sketch from nature. I used Sketchbook and the Technical Pen. I made the different layers and then blurred them a little bit to make them see-through. I would describe it as blobs with stars. My inspiration was to draw what I wanted that I feel comfortable with. My message is you can do any art you want.

I first used the shape tool to make a perfect circle. and then I put some details in the circle so it looks like the earth. After that, I added people to make it look like they were talking to each other.
I made my art about the earth, with peace written above, because I want the world to be at peace. I don’t want a war or any killing.

As an artist, I love to create portraits, especially on paper. My notebook is filled with a bunch of people I know and care about. I am working on some skills like staying in lines, but I am proud of what I am able to do.
In my process of creating my art, first I actually used three things: markers, crayons, and colored pencils. I grabbed a crayon, and put it on my paper, I added some marker to make the bun and the hair. Finally, I added my baby brother. I gave him some blush and skin color.
The composition of my art is balanced, because I wanted to show how much I care for my brother and keep us in focus. The colors in my art are blue, green, yellow, pink, and black because I like those colors and I chose them for my art.

This work I planned on my iPad. I used the Sketchbook app for this art project. I also used the tools of a crayon and a glow tool that would make the picture better. I used the colors of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple. It was a rainbow and like a glimmering shiny star. Finally I wrote down my drawing of words that are encouraging. It is like a sunset of beautiful shooting stars while it’s cold and night.
I wanted to encourage the people who wanted to chase their dreams because I wanted them to know never give up. Because it will come true! You can be successful! Just never give up because it’ll come true even if you want to give up. You Need to know that it will come true. It will happen. Manifest it.

I don’t know what kind of artist I am but I’m trying to figure it out. I started when I was in kindergarten and I mostly drew stick people. Now I mostly do anime styles, with tutorials to help me.
For this project I started with a template from the Sketchbook app. Then, I colored it in with blue, orange, yellow, purple and other colors. I did the anime style but I can draw other styles too.
The composition of my art includes images of the galaxy. I really liked pictures of the galaxy when I was younger; it was beautiful. I like to draw a lot and I thought of my art as bad when I was littler, but I wanted to give it a second try to be better. Now I am proud of my art.
My message for the world is that the elements relate to our different personalities. We choose what personality we have. Be who you want to be!
